Christmas in Portage

On Christmas Day, we were off to Portage for a quick trip to Grandma and Grandpa Perry's house. Everyone made it home for the holiday, so Ben enjoyed hanging out with his aunts and uncles in the snow. After bundling up to play outside, we were thankful we don't live in an extremely cold, snowy place all the time (Ben is not a big fan of snowsuits and hats/mittens/etc. though it made for really cute pictures!)

Cutest, happiest sledder in the world!

Sledding is much less fun after Mommy face planted me in the snow going around the tree!

Fun on the slide!

Christmas in Napa

Seriously delayed post, but here are some of the best from our Christmas adventures in Napa. We "enjoyed" the Santa Train (Ben was terrified of Santa and the other characters!), had a great Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Freeto (complete with a visit from Santa Grandpa to our own house!) Ben was slightly more excited about Christmas this year than last, meaning he enjoyed tearing apart wrapping paper and playing in boxes. He is now starting to enjoy all of his LOOT (and there was plenty!)

We were glad to enjoy Christmas here before a trip to cold, snowy Michigan on Christmas Day!

At home with "HIS" tree before the train (dressed and ready, though)

Calm and collected hugs with Santa

Big boy with his new book "Twas the Night Before Chirstmas"

Daddy's glasses are funny (and now very smudgy and dirty)

Presents under our tree (next to it, really)

Benjamin is much more fond of this Santa!
