Easter 2010

Benjamin had a great Easter this year. On Good Friday, he had a trip with Grandma Freeto and some friends to Train Town in Sonoma and entertained everyone by dancing to the sound of the train whistle and clapping through the tunnels. Saturday was an Easter Egg Hunt in Yountville with the Easter Bunny and some park time followed by a visit from Grandpa Freeto. Sunday we "went" to Mass, and had a great dinner with Grandma. Too bad Benjamin had a swollen right upper eyelid that grew and grew throughout the weekend and is now on close alert/watch for any worsening...yikes!

Periorbital cellulitis...yikes! But, as my sister said, "What did the other guy look like?!" Here's hoping for a quick resolution and no consequences from his antibiotics.

Benjamin experienced his first "near stitches experience" last week, with an episode of forehead meets corner of mantle. A big bonk, many tears, and soothing with lots of Elmo and he is just fine now, goose-egg, bruise and all.
